Trenton, New Jersey (July 13, 2006)

TRENTON, NJ (6 JULY 2006) – Performance Health Technologies, Inc. (PHT), a leader in the development and marketing of innovative products that guide and monitor exercise and rehabilitation, announces a recent surge in funding. Over the past 4 months, PHT has raised more than $850,000 through convertible debentures, surpassing fundraising goals.

Coming at an exciting time in the future of PHT, these funds have been used for the purpose of completing an independent audit of PHT financial statements and records, furthering the company’s registration and filing with the SEC, which will be completed in the near future, as well as general work activities.

“In addition to completing our filing with the SEC, this funding helps us to prepare for a major marketing effort for our Core:Tx for Stroke Survivors product, a significant aspect of our operations plan,” says Bob Prunetti, President and CEO of PHT. “Step-by-step we are putting each strategic piece into place, and the additional funding allows us to move forward with the continued growth and rebranding of the company.”
