Performance Health Technologies, Inc. Announces Filing of Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission
Trenton, New Jersey (November 16, 2006)TRENTON, NJ (November 16, 2006) – Performance Health Technologies, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2006 with respect to an offering of up to 82,699,231 shares of common stock by certain Company stockholders. The Company expects to apply for listing its common stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board prior to the commencement of the offering. The common stock of Performance Health Technologies is presently not traded on any market or securities exchange.
