Rehabilitation
Performance Health Technologies created a foot hold in the rehabilitation market with their breakout product SportsRAC®. Designed to help rehabilitate professional baseball players from rotator cuff surgery, SportsRAC became a total joint system, with attachments for both upper and lower extremities.
Continuing along this same path, PHT created the Core:Tx® system, which leverages it's MotionTrack™ technology into a wireless exercise system that monitors and guides a patient's movements, and gives real-time visual feedback to keep the patient engaged in their therapy routine. Core:Tx enables neuromuscular re-education and helps patients' naturally build back their function. Core:Tx? can be applied in multiple therapy settings, and can be used for both neuro-motor rehab, as well and sports and orthopedic rehabilitation.
PHT has done extensive research within the medical community, and recognizes the need for therapists to provide more therapy within an increasingly limited frame of time. With an integrated database, Core:Tx stores patient results, creating an efficient tool for medical billing and record administration. We are working to make the entire rehabilitation process more efficient, from providing therapy, to optimizing reimbursement.
Fitness
Research has shown that greater neuromuscular training not only enables better and quicker rehabilitation, but can aid in functional fitness and training, as well as injury prevention.
The MotionTrack™ wireless motion and position sensing technology would allow athletes and fitness enthusiasts to exercise in a precise and controlled virtual environment, helping them engage both their body and their brain simultaneously. Increased joint and muscle control improves not only strength and general fitness, but coordination and balance.

PHT seeks to create a seamless transition for patients in rehab. Once you begin your Core:Tx® therapy at the clinic or rehab hospital, you will be able to continue your rehabilitation at home.

Home Fitness
More Americans than ever are members of a health club or gym - over 41 million and counting. Some of these people pay for a membership that they do not have time to use, others simply never join the gym in the first place. PHT recognizes this issue and aims to bring a solution that will enable busy individuals the flexibility they desire in their fitness routine.
