Core:TX for Stroke Survivors
Core:Tx® for Stroke Survivors is a computer program and device that provides motivating therapy activities to be done in the home without the supervision of a healthcare professional.
The Core:Tx® home stroke therapy program uses our patent-pending MotionTrack™ technology to help guide users through a series of pre-set exercises. The exercises can be done using the affected arm or leg, and were designed by physical and occupational therapists to help a stroke survivor build back their everyday movement.
Visual feedback and motivational information are relayed to the user through the wireless sensor, while they perform functional exercises. This feedback allows the user to perform a more advanced level of exercise. Click here to view research that discusses the benefits of visual feedback in rehabilitation and recovery.
