New, unopened and unused products purchased through performancehealth.com can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of shipment. Please call or email us first to obtain return pre-authorization and instructions. Some Performance Health products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties, including limitation on the same. Please read the label, hang tag, warranty card or other product information for specific guarantees/warranties, guidelines and return information.
After your pre-authorized return is received, Performance Health will refund your original payment method for the full price paid for the product purchased and returned. Performance Health does not charge restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refundable. When returning items, please be sure to securely package them so we receive them back without damage. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Items that are opened or damaged or that we cannot confirm were purchased through performancehealth.com (whether by corresponding order number or otherwise) may not be eligible for a refund. While we cannot always accommodate a refund, we do want to take care of our customers and treat them fairly so please contact us with your specific details and we will do our best to help you.
