We are moving to a larger, more strategically located facility in Salt Lake City to increase capacity, improve service, and support future growth. This will allow us to better support our customers through available inventory and service support.

The Salt Lake City distribution center will fully open on August 3. Fulfillment of eligible orders shipping out of Salt Lake City began to Idaho on July 13 and to Washington state on July 16. Eligible orders will begin fulfilling to Arizona begins on July 20 and Colorado on July 23. Eligible orders to all other impacted states will begin fulfilling out of Salt Lake City on August 3.

Customers in the Western U.S. may see temporary changes in shipping times, including: California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
This service center does not service Medco or Canada today.

There may be short-term adjustments during the transition. Long term, this move is designed to maintain or improve overall delivery performance. During the months of June and July, customers will be 100% fulfilled out of Indianapolis, so this can add additional lead time.
