- To be considered, CEU providers will have state or organization approved rehab-focus courses
- We are also looking for certified PTs, OTs, ATCs & DCs. Currently, we are limiting our application to USA & Canada

- All applications will be completed online
- Each applicant will have a proof of course or flyer
- Objectives of the course will be provided
- Number of students
- List of products requested
Network
Responsibilities
- Provide post course feedback from attendees
- Agree to join the Performance Health Professional Network
- Provide a product review or photos of product being used in courses
- Agree to promote PH or brands on social media

- Able to provide objective feedback
- Currently employed at school or university
