The Sammons Preston Abductor is designed to set a desired amount of hip abduction. It can increase the hip abduction due to hip contractures or decrease hip abduction. The thigh straps have soft covers to increase comfort and decrease skin friction. The abductor can be used in a sitting or laying position for recovery and rehabilitation purposes.
