The Velocity Hinged Knee Orthosis is ideally suited for ACL,PCL,MCL, and LCL sprains, as well as postoperative and nonoperative meniscus injuries. It includes extension strops at 20, 30, and 40 degrees, and flexion at 45, 60, 75, and 90 degrees. The orthosis can be used as a knee immobilizer, a full ROM brace or anywhere in between. Kuhl perforated neoprene maximizes patient comfort and compliance. It works perfectly as a "return to sports" brace for post MCl and ACL injuries. The hinged orthosis has low profile polycentric hinges that replicate anatomical knee motion and eliminate "knee-knock" associated with braces of higher profile design.
