Greg Nulty is the Chief Executive Officer at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Greg has spent the past 16 years with Novartis Group, most recently serving as CFO of Sandoz’s nearly $4 billion North America business in Princeton, NJ since 2016. Prior to this, Greg was the head of Business Planning and Analysis for Sandoz globally from 2013 – 2016 in Munich, Germany, and between 2011 and 2013, he served as CFO of Sandoz’s Asia Pacific based in Singapore. Prior to this, Greg served as head of Business Planning and Analysis globally at Novartis’s Consumer Health division from 2009- 2011, after serving as CFO of Western Europe for Sandoz from 2005-2007. Greg began his career with Novartis as a senior controller. Prior to joining Novartis, he worked in corporate finance with Andersen and as an Auditor with Ernst & Young, both in his native South Africa, as well as with Merrill Lynch in London. Greg received his MBA from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Town, where he graduated with high distinction.

Daniel Baumwald is the current Senior Vice President of Global Marketplace and Retail for Performance Health. Daniel re-joined Performance Health recently with the acquisition of Cubii where he was previously the President of Fitness Cubed Inc., (the makers of
Cubii.) There, he was responsible for scaling the brand through retail, wholesale, healthcare, DTC and international channels. He also oversaw all aspects of Marketing, Operations/Supply Chain and
Sourcing.
Previously, Daniel was the Senior Vice President of Consumer for Performance Health. In that role, Daniel oversaw their retail business as well as their digital and ecommerce business for Consumer brands such as Biofreeze, TheraPearl, TheraBand, Cramer, Active Ankle and Bon Vital. Daniel led the Consumer Division that sold for $1B+ to Reckitt Benckiser on July 12, 2021.
Before Medline, Darcy was Sr. Director Procurement at Immucor Inc from 2014-2017 providing strategic leadership for the Direct and Indirect procurement needs of 5 cGMP manufacturing facilities (4 in USA and 1 in Canada) with $150+M in spend.
Prior to joining Performance Health the first time in 2014, he was the CEO/Co-Founder of TheraPearl, a unique and innovative hot/cold pack that rose to the #1 branded hot and cold pack under his leadership. In June of 2014 and after generating years of triple digit growth, TheraPearl was acquired by Performance Health and his leadership (and team) was retained to strengthen the existing Performance Health brands.
He joined Coca-Cola in the Vitaminwater/Smartwater acquisition in 2007 after starting with Vitaminwater/Smartwater in the summer of 2003. At Vitaminwater/Smartwater, Daniel was the regional sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic and grew the region from $3mm to $100mm when he left in 2009 as the Director of National Accounts for the Drug channel.
He also had a short stint out of college with the then Washington Redskins where he was responsible for organizing, selling, and producing over 300+ special events on and offsite.
Daniel has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV and resides in the Baltimore area with his wife and four children. In his free time, Daniel enjoys coaching youth sports, swimming, fishing, golfing, traveling and most importantly, telling legendary dad jokes!

Andy Booker is the Chief Financial Officer at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Andy joined the company in 2011 and served as International Finance Director and more recently Head of Finance and Commercial Operations before he became CFO. Prior to joining Performance Health, Andy spent the bulk of his career working for fast moving consumer goods organizations in his native UK and in Continental Europe. From 2008 to 2010 Andy was Group Finance Director for Northern Foods Plc, a FTSE 250 branded and private label food manufacturer based in the UK, responsible for Finance, Legal, Investor Relations and Company Secretariat. From 1989 to 2008 Andy worked for Gallaher Group Plc, a UK FTSE 100 Tobacco company, his career developing through multiple finance and non-finance roles. From 1999 to 2002 Andy was Regional Vice President Iberia, based in Madrid, Spain before moving to Vienna, Austria where he served as European Finance Director from 2002 to 2008, responsible for annual sales of €2.4 billion across 32 countries. Andy graduated from Liverpool John Moore University with a Batchelor’s degree in Economics and has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 1994.

Tammi is the Chief People and Talent Officer (CPTO) at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Tammi leads the HR function providing oversight for all related global entities.
Prior to working with Performance Health, Tammi held the role of Head of People and Culture at Roche Diagnostics Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Her division had over 3000 full-time employees, with $4B+ in revenue. She, along with her team of 60 Global HR professionals supported Roche during a global reorganization that involved the consolidation of three divisions and 6,000 employees down to a solitary group while focused on culture, operational efficiencies, and cost savings.
Prior to Roche, Tammi was the Vice President of Human Resources at Sage Products from 2014 to 2017, and Stryker from 2017 to 2019. Tammi led the due diligence of Sage and Stryker and managed the integration process across all functions. During her time there, she was responsible for 3 Global Divisions, 3,000 employees, and a $2.2B division. Tammi led a team of 30 employees across sites in WA, MI, IL, Amsterdam, Lund, Belfast, and Australia. She coordinated multiple restructurings and helped implement a new HR shared service model for the company.
Before joining Sage, Tammi held various roles of increasing responsibility at GE Capital, Abbott and Hospira. Tammi holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

Kelleye Chube is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. As General Counsel, Kelleye is responsible for coordinating all legal activities of the Company and minimizing its potential liability and exposure.
Kelleye joined the Company in August 2022. Kelleye was previously General Counsel & Ethics Officer to the Illinois Commission on Equity & Inclusion. Prior to the appointment at the Commission, she served as the General Counsel & Ethics Officer to the Illinois Human Rights Commission, where she was tasked with assisting the agency in creating and implementing a strategic plan to eliminate a 10-year backlog of cases pending before the Commission. Kelleye has worked in various roles in the public and private sectors, including counsel to the State of Illinois Office of the Governor where she advised senior staff on legal issues pertaining to the Illinois Executive Branch.
For a ten-year period prior to working in public policy, Kelleye served as General Counsel and Secretary for Shared Technologies, Inc., where she created and managed a legal department, negotiated major loan facilities, managed the company’s intellectual property portfolio, reviewed, and implemented legal and compliance policies and structured, drafted, and negotiated US merger and acquisition transactions, distribution contracts and software joint ventures. In other legal roles, Kelleye conducted internal investigations, and worked with clients to mitigate risk through ethics, compliance, and operational improvements.
Kelleye has over 20+ years of experience nwas complex corporate transactions with major healthcare providers, software companies, Big Four accounting firms, and large financial institutions. Kelleye earned her law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.

Mike is the General Manager of the Medco Sports Medicine and Distributor Management Group businesses at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets.
Mike possesses a track record of success in creating and executing commercial strategies at Performance Health to better serve customers. He utilizes an allied healthcare clinical background, deep industry experience and hands-on professional skill set to contribute to growth and business transformation.
Mike’s been in a General Manager role leading the Medco Sports Medicine business since 2017 and the Distributor Management Group since 2020. Prior to this, Mike served as the Director of Sales Operations at Performance Health’s headquarters (2014-2017). Before that he served as Branch Manager in Greensboro, North Carolina (2012-2014) and Sales Representative in the Southeast (2007-2012).
Prior to working at Performance Health, Mike was a certified athletic trainer at the high school, college, and professional level, lastly serving as the assistant football athletic trainer at Auburn University from 2004-2007. Mike has brought his passion and advocacy for athletic trainers and all who serve the therapy and rehabilitation space to each of the roles he’s served at Performance Health over the past 15+ years.

Tracy Howard is the Chief Marketing Officer for Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Tracy is responsible for leading our marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience teams.
Tracy previously served as Vice President, Marketing for Henry Schein Animal Health (now Covetrus). She led marketing for the North American segment. In this role, she implemented a three-channel strategy to market and sell distributed and proprietary products, develop business solutions that increase customer loyalty, and led the ecommerce strategy.
Tracy also spent 1999 -2016 with Cardinal Health where she held numerous leadership roles of increasing responsibility. As Vice President, Global Services Commercialization Strategy, after the company’s acquisition of an RFID company she spearheaded commercial expansion of the RFID effort, including service development, pricing, GTM planning, and results tracking.
Prior to this role, she served as the VP of Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Ambulatory Care business at Cardinal Health. In this role, Tracy was responsible for channel management, digital marketing, product/category management, promotional events, ecommerce, and sales enablement. Prior to joining Cardinal, Tracy worked in the educational sector in consumer marketing.
Tracy is a big proponent of working cross-functionally to build a strategy. She focuses on the voice of customers and gaining a strong understanding of how they use our products and what they need. She is highly strategic and enjoys developing high-performing teams. Tracy holds a B.S. in Communications and Public Relations from Ohio University and resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband and 2 children.

Jean-Baptiste (JB) Leray is the Chief Transformation Officer for Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. JB oversees the company's M&A agenda and is responsible for leading the articulation of Performance Heath’s short-term and long-term strategy.
Before re-joining Performance Health as CTO, JB served as Regional CFO, Latin America and Canada, and Global Head Finance, Business Development & Licensing, at Novartis Oncology.
Prior to this, JB was the Global Head FP&A for Performance Health, held numerous Finance roles of increasing responsibility at Sandoz, and was a management consultant at McKinsey, Samsung, and Bain. Throughout his career, he enjoyed the opportunity to work and live on all continents and be exposed to many cultures.
JB holds a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University, a M.Sc. in Computer Science from INSA Lyon, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He resides near Princeton, NJ, with his wife and 3 children.

Prior to Performance Health, Adam served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Dover Corporation; a global $8B conglomerate of industrial products headquartered in Downers Grove, IL.
Prior to Dover Corporation, Adam was the Sr. Director of Global Information Technology for Avery Dennison, a $7B company headquartered in Glendale, CA; a global leader of pressure-sensitive adhesive materials, apparel labels and tags. Adam was responsible for supply chain, manufacturing and Finance IT leadership driving innovative technology initiatives across complex global landscapes.
Prior to Avery Dennison, Adam spent over 10 years with various operational and IT leadership roles with Boston Scientific, ThinkFlood,Inc and Geerlings & Wade. His mix of start-up and Fortune 500 experience has delivered both foundational and transformational value across a wide spectrum of complex global environments. Adam’s ability to achieve the right balance of people, process and technology has been critical in delivering a cohesive IT strategy that delivers key operational and process benefits.Adam earned a BS in Marketing and Communication from Indiana University and an MBA from Tulane University.

Darcy Ursulescu is the Chief Procurement Officer for Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Darcy has global responsibility for procurement of the company’s Direct materials including branded and distributed products, and its Indirect products and services.
Prior to joining Performance Health as CPO, Darcy was the VP of Global Sourcing from 2017-2023 at Medline, the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies. There he led a team of 45 in the US, Mexico and Asia for the Kitting Group, Medline’s largest product division. In this role he leveraged $1.3 billion in Direct and Indirect spend comprising of 1500+ vendors, 35,000 SKUs and 10 manufacturing facilities in the US and Mexico. Darcy’s direct spend responsibility included $400 million overseas and US sourced spend and $700 million in US distributed products.
Before Medline, Darcy was Sr. Director Procurement at Immucor Inc from 2014-2017 providing strategic leadership for the Direct and Indirect procurement needs of 5 cGMP manufacturing facilities (4 in USA and 1 in Canada) with $150+M in spend.
Prior to Immucor Inc, Darcy spent time with ASP Global and CAB Inc., building and leading their sourcing operations in Asia. When Darcy was with ASP Global, Performance Health (when part of Patterson Medical) was their primary customer. Darcy has deep experience in Asia sourcing with a specific focus on China including living in China for six years, and one year in Vietnam.
Darcy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in Canada. He currently lives in Northbrook, IL with his wife and two sons.

Harry is a Sr. Vice President of North America Direct at Performance Health, a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation markets. Harry leads the North America Direct Sales Team, National Accounts Team, Equipment Services Team, and Field Service Tech Team.
Harry has been with Performance Health for eight years. Prior to the role Harry has today, he served as Vice President of the National Accounts Team. He was responsible for GPO contracts, Department of Veterans Affairs agreements, and key accounts tied to the various segments Performance Health serves.
Before joining Performance Health, Harry spent 24 years at Cardinal Health. He split his time with the company between Distribution and Manufacturing sales and held roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure. His last role with the company was Vice President of Sales at Presource Products and Services, a division of Cardinal Health.
Harry holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing from St. Leo University. He resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife Joyce and 3 children.

Mr. Kraemer is the Chairman of Performance Health's board, an Executive Partner at MDP, and also a Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International. Mr. Kraemer serves on the Boards of Directors of Leidos Corporation, Option Care, and Sirona Dental Systems. He is the former currently Chairman of VWR International. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University, The Conference Board, NorthShore University Healthsystem, and the Archdiocese of Chicago Finance Committee and School Board. He is a member of the Dean's Global Advisory Board of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is also a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and the Economics Club of Chicago. Mr. Kraemer graduated summa cum laude from Lawrence University of Wisconsin in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics. He received an MBA degree in finance and accounting from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1979.

Mr. Brocke-Benz is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of VWR. From July 25, 2012 to January 3, 2013, Mr. Brocke-Benz served as VWR’s interim Chief Executive Officer, while also serving as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, Lab and Distribution Services, a position he held since January 2006. Prior to assuming his position as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, Lab and Distribution Services, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Continental Europe from 2003 to 2005 and as Corporate Senior Vice President, Process Excellence from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Brocke-Benz initially joined the Company in 1987. He serves on the Board of VWR. Mr. Brocke-Benz earned a law degree from Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany.

Mr. Shideler is a Director on the MDP Health Care team. Mr. Shideler joined MDP in 2006 as an Associate and re-joined after business school in 2010. Prior to MDP, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Health Care Group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Shideler serves on the Board of Directors of Performance Health and Kaufman Hall. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Ikaria and Sage Products, and was actively involved in MDP's investment in VWR. Mr. Shideler holds a B.S. from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
