AliMed's Adjustable Heel Lifts offer quick and customizable lift options, allowing you to increase height by up to 3/8" instantly. Alternatively, you can easily remove one or two layers to achieve a 1/4" or 1/8" lift. These lifts feature resilient rubber layers that maintain their corrective properties while also absorbing shock during heel strike. The durable leather top cover adds to their longevity. In addition to providing lift, these heel lifts are beneficial for addressing issues such as pelvic obliquity, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendonitis. They can be used bilaterally to alleviate stress on the heel cord and plantar fascia, and when paired with a post-op shoe, they help eliminate pelvic obliquity.
