The Anterior Head Support has a closed front and reinforced sides that allow firm but gentle lifting of the chin and lateral support (not to be attached or mounted to a seat or headrest.) The padded roll around the rear strap ensures a comfortable fit. A vinyl-covered foam with soft cloth cover is included. To size by neck circumference: Measure from the shoulder to the bottom of the ear, allowing 1" between the ear-lobe and top of head support.
