Upper Body Machines

The Chest Press/Pec Fly provides an effective machine with a number of different features to train the chest and pectoral muscles. Equipped with a chest press foot assist, dual handgrips, gas-assisted seat, adjustable pec fly arms, and a 200 lb. weight stack. The machine weighs 553 lbs. And measures 5’L x 3’ 9”W x 5’H. The Mid Row/Lat Pull Down offers another dual functioning machine to train the back and lats.
