With a new Omega+ pad, GenuTrain Knee Support helps improve circulation by bringing more oxygenated blood to the affected tissue, and reduces pain and swelling in and around the knee. The uniquely-engineered design activates the body’s own stabilization mechanisms, increasing control of the muscles which stabilize the joint. The anatomically-contoured stretch fabric is 20% lighter and more breathable in sensitive areas located behind the knee.

GenuTrain Knee Support stimulates two sensitive areas of the knee: the Hoffa’s fat pad and the base of the meniscus. The meniscus wings with massage nubs exert soothing intermittent compression at the synovial cavity to reduce pain. The knitted fabric is designed with donning and doffing stays, made of flexible polyurethane material four times more durable than previous GenuTrain knee braces.

Lateral plastic stays embedded in the knee support have flexible bending zones that follow movement patterns, providing better comfort and compliance. The material remains breathable and lightweight for comfortable support all day long. To determine the compression that is right for you, choose the larger sizes providing gentler compression or the smaller sizes for firmer compression.
