The night use Chrisofix® Saddle Joint Orthosis immobilizes the base joint of the thumb (MCP) and the saddle joint (CMC) to aid the healing of wrist and thumb injuries. It is used for effective support of conditions like saddle joint arthritis, sprains, De Quervain syndrome, and even rehabilitation following fractures of the thumb metacarpal (Benett, Rolando, Winterstein fractures). The innovative design is excellent for nighttime care, providing extra stability and firm immobilization. When using it during the day, its additional stabilization limits some daytime activities to promote rest in the fingers and wrist.

Constructed with high-quality, medical-grade materials, the Chrisofix® Saddle Joint Orthosis is made to deliver unparalleled stability for therapeutic use. It features a corrugated aluminum core embedded in a cotton-laminated foam liner. It is finished with a velour-coated polyethylene foam top for comfortable, breathable support during the day and night. Precise Adjustments

The ready-to-adjust Chrisofix® orthosis can be adjusted directly on the body for a precise fit. Rough adjustments can be performed on the non-injured limb, while fine adjustments and readjustments can be made without removing the orthosis to accommodate swelling in the injured limb.
