We are moving to a larger, more strategically located facility in Salt Lake City to increase capacity, improve service, and support future growth. This will allow us to better support our customers through available inventory and service support.

The Salt Lake City distribution center will open on August 3.

Customers in the Western U.S. may see temporary changes in shipping times, including: California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming. This service center does not service dealers, Medco, or Canada today.

There may be short-term adjustments during the transition. Long term, this move is designed to maintain or improve overall delivery performance. During the months of June and July, customers will be 100% fulfilled out of Indianapolis, so this can add additional lead time.

Returns should be shipped to Indy between May 15 and July 15. Salt Lake City will be updated for return instructions after July 15th. You will follow the standard process and engage customer service.
