Cradles Patients in a Reclined Position
The Dura-Tilt Shower Commode Chair is designed to cradle patients in a reclined position, providing extra upper body support while washing. The seat angle enhances the feeling of security, privacy and comfort while toileting. With comfortable, fast-dry mesh strapping, the shower chair can be used as a commode when the toileting pail is attached.
Simple Push-Button Operation
Constructed with healthcare grade PVC material that has been reinforced at all stress-related areas. The push-button operation allows the chair to tilt into four angle seat positions: 00º, 115º, 130º, 145º. Designed for patients with limited trunk control and balance to help reduce the risk of tipping forward or to the side.
Features Swivel Locking Casters
Easy to push and pivot, the shower commode chair is equipped with 4” dual, swivel locking casters. To facilitate easier side transfers, the Dura-Tilt Shower Commode Chair has both foldaway armrests and a footplate section. With a safety belt included, the footrest prevents the user's feet from being caught in the chair frame. From the top of the seat to the footplate, the adult-sized chair measures 18” and the child-sized chair measures 15.5”.
