Intended to be completed three times a week for 15 minutes per session, this dynamic program helps athletes build essential skills such as focus, tracking, and reaction speed. With consistent practice, the Edge Trainer empowers athletes to progress steadily, enhancing their sports vision and gaining a competitive edge.
Open Gym Mode and Gameday Training
The Edge Trainer offers versatile training options to complement your personalized My Plan. Try Open-Gym Mode, which lets you freely exercise and explore various vision drills outside your recommended plan, giving you the flexibility to train on your own terms. For those high-pressure moments, switch to Game Day Mode—specially designed to prime your visual reflexes and get your eyes in peak condition when it matters most. Whether you're following a structured program or looking for extra practice, the Edge Trainer ensures you're always ready to perform at your best.
