Performance Health will be applying a temporary fuel surcharge to our rates effective May 1, 2026. Parcel shipping rates will have an added $1.00 fuel surcharge. Please review our FAQs below for more information.
Fuel Surcharge FAQs
The fuel surcharge goes into effect May 1, 2026. It will be reviewed on September 30, 2026, and at the end of each subsequent quarter. The surcharge will be removed once our primary carrier, FedEx, eliminates their fuel surcharge.
A temporary fuel surcharge is being applied due to increased fuel costs passed on by our freight partners, both inbound and outbound. This temporary adjustment helps offset increased fuel charges.
A $1.00 fuel surcharge will be added to parcel shipments.
All existing terms and conditions remain unchanged. If your agreement or promotion includes free shipping, those terms will continue to apply.
No, a fuel surcharge will not be implemented where freight is secured by the customer.
Your contract pricing and terms remain unchanged. The fuel surcharge is applied as part of standard shipping unless your agreement specifically outlines different freight terms. Exemptions do apply, to find out about your specific account - contact your sales representative or customer service team.
Yes. Capital quotes will be honored under the originally quoted freight terms and are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
The fuel surcharge will be included within the shipping line on quotes and orders. It will not appear as a separate line item.
