• To determine the circumference on the glove, measure the circumference of the hand across the knuckles at the base of the fingers
• To determine the length of the hand, measure from the tip of the middle finger to the break of the wrist
• To determine the wrist support size, measure the circumference of the arm at the wrist joint

• Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent
• Hang or lay flat to dry
• Do not use strong detergent or bleach
• Do not dry in an automatic dryer
