Challenge Yourself with 6 Progressive Weights
This kegel exercise system consists of six progressively heavier and color coded medical-grade silicone weights. The exercise system provides a comfortable challenge that not only keeps users motivated but helps them to see results in a shorter amount of time. For beginners, use the weights for 15 minutes every day until it no longer feels challenging for 2-3 days. You can then begin to increase weight while doing kegel exercises combined with functional movements. Pelvic Rehabilitation Specialist Recommended
This is the only kegel exercise program to be used in physical therapy association training courses. Pelvic rehabilitation specialists have recommended these kegel weights with safe practice. When inserting the kegel weight, position your body in a way that is comfortable with one leg raised. Gently insert the weight as you would a tampon by grasping the end that has a cord attached and slide it in until the entire bulb is in the vagina with the cord remaining on the outside. Users are advised to use a water based lubricant if necessary.
