The bolster can also be used at home for positioning such as behind the back, under the legs to elevate, or while side lying. The latex-free foam interior is encased in a very durable, heavy-duty nylon covering that is designed to help prevent against contamination and to ensure proper hygiene control. The bolster is highly resistant to deterioration which can cause cracking, splitting, and loss of flexibility. The nylon covering can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and is easily sanitized.
