Manosplint® Digital Heat Pans are built from premium stainless steel and designed for both durability and ease of use. Each unit features a convenient bifold lid for quick access, along with built-in handles and a removable perforated steel tray for added functionality. A low water sensor enhances safety by helping to prevent overheating. The bifold lid slides back effortlessly and is equipped with a sturdy, insulated handle to ensure safe and comfortable operation.

Precision Heating with Smart Safety and Timer Controls

Manosplint® Digital Heat Pans feature thermostatic control and user-friendly timer functions for accurate and consistent temperature regulation. The automatic start option allows the unit to preheat in advance, ensuring it's ready when your day begins. For enhanced safety, each pan includes an integrated sensor that automatically halts heating when the water level is too low, safeguarding both the user and the equipment.

The heating times for the Digital Heat Pan range, from cold to 158°F, are outlined below:

• 9 Liter – 20 min, quicker due to the smaller valume of water needed

• 28 Liter - 30 min, the standard-size unit features a deeper design, making it ideal for all-day fabrication use
• Internal dimensions: 20″L x 12″W x 8″H
• External dimensions: 21.5″L x 13.5″W x 11.5″H
• 56 Liter - 50 min, accommodates bigger patterns and sheets, offering the same depth as the 28-liter unit but with increased length and width for expanded capacity
