The MD-S70 Leg Press is more than your average leg press machine. It offers a wide range of progression programs that can help take a lower body workout to the next level through exercises such as Isometric, loaded Isometric, Isotonic, Elastic, or Combined. Comes standard with band hooks which makes it easy to add external resistance bands and do plyometric exercises. The carriage lockout and range-of-motion limiter keeps the carriage restricted which protects the user from over extension.

Adjustable

With a low starting weight at 5.8 lbs, the MD-S70 allows for gradual progression as the patient becomes stronger everyday. The adjustable shoulder pads and a gas-assisted seatback adjuster allows for upright or supine exercises, making this leg press machine comfortable for clients of all sizes. For use with one-leg exercises, the single leg retracting foot rest can assist to keep the user’s other leg out of the way.

Features and Add-on’s

Features a stack disconnect system, which means free movement of the carriage without additional resistance which is optimal for deconditioned, rehabbing, and injured clients who need consistency in their workouts. The oversized foot pad is marked with numbers and lines to make exercises repeatable and easy to track. The MD-S70 also offers optional features such as incremental weights which provide additional progression capabilities, an accessories package which includes a heel cup, wedge block and accessory cradle, a force plate holder, or a step stool. This Leg Press machine is a versatile machine with a max user weight of 400 lbs. and a max training weight of 308 lbs., along with 2 lb. incremental weights. The design of the machine looks great in any gym environment, and with the dimensions (L x W x H) 81”L x 48”W x 74.25”H it utilizes it’s space efficiently. The leg press machine weighs 693 lbs.
