Product Recall  from Medlines Industrustries

This serves as a notification of a voluntary recall initiated by Medline Industries, LP for their Alcohol Prep Pad due to Alcohol Prep Pads with Isopropyl Alcohol levels that fall below the labeled concentration. When used as a first aid antiseptic or pre-injection skin prep, lower Isopropyl Alcohol concentrations may limit the prep pads' ability to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes and burns.

Note: If you are a distributor, promptly notify any of your customers that may have received affected product. Have the customers return any affected product to you for collection and return to Medline Industries, Inc.
