Designed with the patented CrossRamp, the EFX 635 makes it easy to focus on individual fitness goals. Users can isolate or crosstrain specific body muscle groups simply by adjusting the angle of the ramp. With moving handlebars, users can also push and pull with their upper body to achieve a total body workout. Pre-Programmed Workouts
Ideal for all age and fitness levels, the CrossRamp technology provides 20 different settings (10-35 degree ramp incline). It also provides 20 different levels to tailor workouts with consistent, smooth resistance. The low step-up height and oversized foot pedals improve accessibility for a more comfortable feel. Wide transport wheels in the front of the EFX allow the equipment to be moved when cleaning the floor.
