The Rolyan Ankle Foot Orthosis helps dorsiflexion while providing minor medial and lateral support for ankles. To give more support to the forefoot, the foot plate is larger than normal. The lightweight orthosis is rigid to resist mild extensor spasticity. If minor modifications are needed, they can be made with a heat gun.
