Latex and Non-latex Versions
Available in five increasing resistance levels in both Latex* and Non-Latex** versions. The convenient and cost saving 50yd / 45.7m topside bulk dispenser provides easy access to cut desired length of bands.
From Beginning to Moderate Intensity
- Scarlet/Extra Light - Allows for light, low impact usage to improve flexibility and strength
- Lime/Light - Enables the user to improve strength and dexterity at a lower level
- Mint/Medium - Moderate resistance allows users with improved fitness to increase their strength and flexibility
- Sky/Heavy - Offering higher resistance for those close to the end of their fitness journey. Intended for everyday use
- Midnight/Extra Heavy - Heavy resistance bands intended for advanced strength training and fitness
