Sammons Preston SleepRite Cervical Plus Pillow provides proper head, neck and shoulder support and positioning. It corrects the resting position so the head and neck are at the optimal angles to the resting surface and the torso. The size of two cervical support rolls is different on each end, 4-1/2”H on one side and 4"H on the other, and the center support has a soft top layer.
