In these cases, the tray may function as a restraint and should be used in accordance with applicable safety and clinical guidelines.

Cushioned Tray with Secure Positioning Strap

The Skil-Care Softop Wheelchair Tray features a durable plywood base with a 1" foam layer laminated on top to provide a comfortable, cushioned surface. The tray is covered in heat-sealed vinyl, creating a smooth, easy-to-clean finish that enhances durability and infection control. Designed for safety and stability, an around-the-chair strap helps secure the tray in place and prevents the resident from sliding forward, promoting better positioning and support during wheelchair use.

Skil-Care Softop Wheelchair Tray Instructions

• Place tray on arms of wheelchair arms. Wrap VelcroTM bands around chair arms and tray. Press the hook material against the loop material to secure
• The around-the-back strap is intended to prevent the tray from sliding forward when the resident leans against it. Fasten the strap by bringing it around the back of the wheelchair and passing the end through the buckle. Adjust strap to desired length and secure buckle
• All trays wipe clean using a damp cloth or sponge
• Note: SofTop Trays are reversible. The unpadded side may be used when a firm surface is required
