The moist heating pads come in three convenient sizes to suit different areas of the body: 14" x 14" (ideal for knees, ankles, and lower back), 14" x 27" (for larger areas like the back), and 23" x 20" (designed for the shoulders and upper back). There's no need to add water, boil packs, deal with drips, or prepare towels. Once the pad is turned on, it quickly heats up—drawing moisture from the air and releasing it through the 100% cotton cover to the skin, delivering soothing, temporary relief.

The moist heating pad is equipped with a digital hand control that allows users to easily program treatment temperature (88°–166°F) and session duration (1–60 minutes).
