The TheraTouch SW1 is Richmar’s first radial pressure wave device, designed to deliver high-energy mechanical pulses to targeted areas of the body. These radial pressure waves are transmitted through an ergonomic handpiece and applicator, penetrating up to 35mm into tissue to effectively treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Shockwave therapy with the SW1 can support tissue activation, promote bone healing, relieve muscle aches and pain, enhance blood circulation, and more—making it a powerful tool for both recovery and rehabilitation.

Wide Range of Preset Protocols

The TheraTouch SW1 features an intuitive touchscreen interface that makes it easy to operate. It includes a wide range of preset protocols, thoughtfully developed based on ISMST (International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment) Guidelines and clinical research. In addition to these presets, the device offers a manual mode, allowing users to customize treatment parameters, select specific applicators, and save personalized protocols to a favorites list. The 11 preset body part protocols cover common treatment areas, including the wrist, elbow, knee, shoulder, neck, thigh, ankle, upper back, lower back, lower leg, and foot.
