The Hand Helper provides greater comfort and a variety of new exercises for increasing hand strength, promoting tendon glide and improving range of motion. Each unit includes 10 yellow (light), 10 red (medium), and 10 blue (heavy) latex-free elastic bands and four range-limited clips.
