This voluntary recall has been initiated by Perrigo Directfor the following reasons:

• Potential concerns regarding the validation of KC Pharmaceuticals aseptic filling process for the period between March 27, 2024, and November 07, 2024.
• Use of this product may result in eye infection.

Note: This recall should be carried out between the customer and K.C. Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

   2. RETURN the recalled product to KC Pharmaceuticals by following the instructions and returning to the address below.
3. RETURN the enclosed acknowledgment form (from the PDF) via fax to 614-652-9648 or email to GMBFieldCorrectiveAction@cardinalhealth.com, whether you have affected product or not.
