Made of a thermoset material known for its insulation, flammability resistance and durability. Features a stainless steel, hinged bi-fold lid for easy access from three sides. With inside tub dimension of 12” x 19” x 6”, it’s large enough for all your splinting needs. The full color, beveled, touch screen interface displays precise water temperatures, heating time, and menu options; making it easy to understand and use.
Innovative features
Unique internal heat exchanger is immersed directly in the water basin, ensuring fast heating, minimal thermal lag, and uniform heat distribution. Auto on/off settings preheat the water to reach a set temperature on a set day and time. Ready when your clinic opens and energy efficient at night when not in use. A built-in water level sensor turns off the pan when the water level is too low, and audio and visual alerts notify you when heating time is done.
Easy to use
Designed to heat water for thermoplastic splinting material preparation, this one-of-a-kind splint bath has removed the guesswork from this key step in splinting. After powering on, an easy start up wizard will display on the LCD screen to prompt the user to set time, day, and temperature mode. Now you’re ready to go. Fill the bath to the desired water level, set your temperature, and the bath will start to heat. In less than 30 minutes, the water is heated and the splint material can be added.

Finally, there’s a product designed from the ground up to be a splint bath!
I especially like the ability to create a custom temperature setting for splint materials that have a higher resistance to stretch, such as Aquaplast T. The extra 10 degrees allows me to have more working time when making a challenging splint. When I use highly conformable material, like Polyform, the bath eliminates hot-spots, making handling of the material predictable and more successful.
The auto on/off feature lets you set the time that you need the bath turned on in the morning, so there is no waiting for it to heat. Walk in the door, and it’s ready to go! It’s a great time saver, and the right tool to do the job right.
