Finally, there’s a product designed from the ground up to be a splint bath!
I especially like the ability to create a custom temperature setting for splint materials that have a higher resistance to stretch, such as Aquaplast T. The extra 10° degrees allows me to have more working time when making a challenging splint.
When I use highly conformable material, like Polyform, the bath eliminates hot-spots, making handling of the material predictable and more successful. I like knowing that patients are safer, with the UV light sterilization, and the additional high heat sterilization at night gives me additional confidence that any contaminants are being destroyed.
The auto on/off feature lets you set the time that you need the bath turned on in the morning, so there is no waiting for it to heat. Walk in the door, and it’s ready to go! It's a great time saver, and the right tool to do the job right.
