There is an unlimited amount of options for drills and exercises that can be performed using the Modular Agility Ladder.
Simply twist and connect the rung ends together to create various patterns and courses. The patterns can include double and triple lane ladders, obstacles, zig zag patterns, and a full grid like pattern. Easily snap the ends together for increased length and connect rungs for increased number of rows. The use of multiple ladders allow for patterns to be lengthened or widend to make any size agility pattern. A variety of patterns allow for customization and an unlimited amount of agility, footwork, and speed training for athletes.
The Modular Agility Ladder is easily stored by using the Smart Organizer that helps to simplify the gathering and releasing of the ladder. Avoid all unnecessary tangling and knotting of the ladder by using the Modular Agility Ladder and Smart Organizer. A handle is included for easy transportation and storage. Store two 15 foot ladders on the same organizer for the most convenient storage.
