Kelly Sturm, PT, DPT, CLT-LANA, is a Board-Certified Oncology Clinical Specialist and one of the first clinicians in the U.S. to earn that credential when it launched in 2019. She trained at the Mayo Clinic, is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through Klose Training, and holds certification through the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA).
She's spent over 13 years in practice and now splits her time between clinical work and Cancer Rehab PT, the education platform she built to reach patients and clinicians who can't access this level of specialized care in person. Across social media and email, she's built a combined audience of over 1 million cancer survivors, caregivers, and clinicians.
Kelly also teaches for physical therapy programs and speaks nationally and internationally on oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema care.
Most lymphedema referrals start the same way. A patient mentions a ring feels tighter, or a sleeve doesn't sit the way it used to, and by the time that gets reported, the fluid has usually been building for weeks.
