Performance Health Adds Salt Lake City Distribution Center for Faster Western Delivery

Performance Health is excited to announce that our Salt Lake City, Utah distribution facility is now fully operational, expanding our western distribution footprint and supporting faster, more consistent service for customers across the region.

The move from a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Reno to a 140,000 sq. ft. facility in Salt Lake City gives us significantly more space for inventory, greater operational flexibility, and room to scale as customer demand grows.

The new facility currently offers quick-turn delivery service for Western states on nearly 4,000 of our most popular items: 

• 1-2 day delivery in Nevada and Wyoming
• 1-3 day delivery in Idaho and Utah
• 2 day delivery in Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, Oregon, and Washington
• 2-3 day delivery in New Mexico

What Does This Mean to You, Our Customers?

As of August 3, the Salt Lake City facility is fully operational. Customers across the United States now have access to delivery in three days or less on most items, with western-region customers benefiting from increased product availability closer to their locations.

To help deliver a more consistent customer experience, Salt Lake City operations have been streamlined to align with our Indianapolis distribution facility. Standardized packaging and labeling practices help ensure orders are fulfilled with the same level of quality and consistency, regardless of shipping location.

The Salt Lake City facility also uses the same automation solutions implemented in Indianapolis, including Packsize for right-sized packaging and the Ocado AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) picking system. These technologies help improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across our distribution network.

Mirroring Indianapolis operations in Salt Lake City creates a more uniform fulfillment process and a scalable model that supports future growth. We are also planning to add SKUs to Salt Lake City that have historically only been stocked in Indianapolis, helping increase product availability for western-region customers.
