For nearly 50 years, Tumble Forms® has been a trusted name in pediatric therapy tools and adaptive equipment for children and adults with special needs. Designed with both clinical effectiveness and everyday usability in mind, Tumble Forms products support positioning, mobility, and engagement across therapy, education, and care environments.
A Brand Built on Purpose
The Tumble Forms story begins with founder Tim Bergeron, an industrial designer from upstate New York. In the mid-1970s, while developing products for children with special needs, his mission became deeply personal when his daughter Carrie was born with Down syndrome.
Through firsthand experience, Tim and his wife recognized a critical gap—there were limited options for comfortable, functional, and accessible positioning equipment. This realization inspired a new vision. What began as an idea quickly became a reality, and Tumble Forms was born.
Guided by care, empathy, and innovation, Tim developed products that prioritized comfort, durability, and usability. His approach set a new standard in adaptive therapy equipment—introducing softer materials, vibrant and engaging designs, and solutions that supported both caregivers and individuals.
Carrie herself inspired one of the first innovations—the Carrie® Seat—designed specifically to meet her needs. From there, the Tumble Forms line expanded to include a wide range of positioning and therapy tools.
Designed for Therapy. Built for Everyday Use.
Tumble Forms offers a comprehensive range of adaptive therapy equipment designed for positioning, repositioning, and developmental support. From floor sitters and corner chairs to standers, bathroom supports, rolls, wedges, and mobility aids, these solutions help clinicians and caregivers address a wide range of therapeutic needs across pediatric and adult populations.
Used in therapy clinics, schools, and home care settings, Tumble Forms products support gross motor development, neuromotor control, neurodevelopmental training, and sensory engagement—helping promote proper alignment, participation, and functional independence.
Engineered for frequent, shared use, each product combines thoughtful design with long-lasting performance:
- Supportive positioning: Promotes proper alignment during therapeutic activities and daily use
- Encourages engagement: Supports interaction, sensory exploration, and positive caregiver-patient connections
- Durable and hygienic: Built with antimicrobial materials for easy cleaning and long-term reliability
- Lightweight and adaptable: Easy to move, adjust, and integrate into a variety of care environments
This balance of clinical function and user-friendly design is what sets Tumble Forms apart. Soft, supportive materials enhance comfort, while innovative construction supports developmental progression and sensory-friendly experiences.
