Capital Equipment Delivery Services: What to Expect

When you invest in capital equipment for your clinic, understanding your delivery options can help you choose the level of service that fits your space, timeline, and setup needs. We offer the following delivery solutions designed to make receiving equipment easier, from first-threshold delivery to coordinated installation support:

  • White Glove Delivery
  • Liftgate and Inside Delivery
  • Dock-to-Dock Delivery

What is included in White Glove Delivery with Installation?

White Glove Delivery with Installation is a full-service option that includes coordinated delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, professional assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Assembly and installation are completed by certified technicians, helping your team get equipment set up efficiently and with confidence. Our Equipment Solutions team coordinates delivery and installation for clinics and renovations, with certified techs handling assembly and debris removal.

What is Included in Liftgate and Inside Delivery?

Liftgate and Inside Delivery includes lowering the shipment from the trailer to the ground using a liftgate, followed by placement just inside the first threshold of the building. A liftgate is required anytime a delivery is made to a location without a loading dock or a forklift, and the freight is too heavy for people to safely lift or manually unload from the back of the trailer. This option is a practical choice when you need help getting equipment into the building, but it does not include room-of-choice placement, upper-floor delivery, or full installation.

What is Included in Dock-to-Dock Delivery?

Dock-to-Dock Delivery includes shipment to a commercial loading dock where your team is responsible for unloading, moving, unpacking, and setting up the equipment. This option is best suited for facilities with dock access, the right equipment to safely receive freight, and staff available to manage the delivery once it arrives. Dock-to-Dock Delivery does not include liftgate service, inside placement, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, installation, or debris removal.

Additional Details to Keep in Mind

Capital equipment quotes are valid for 30 days and will need to be updated after that window due to changing conditions including freight and product costs. If you’re planning a clinic opening, renovation, or equipment update, our Equipment Solutions team can help consolidate and coordinate delivery and installation and offers multiple delivery options to match clinic needs.
