Deciding what exercises to do before a workout can be as daunting as the actual work. There are too many activities to choose from to make quick decisions. We’ve put together an alphabet list of exercises that can be done at home with a TheraBand CLX to make it easier on you!

Spell out your full name and follow each exercise per letter for a full body workout. You can choose a friend’s names or your favorite celebrity to vary your workouts. Adjust the reps for each exercise as needed.
